Your managed account trades foreign exchange, metals and other contracts for difference (CFDs). These products are leveraged: a small price movement can cause a large loss relative to the capital used. Prices can move quickly, gap over weekends or around news, and stop-loss orders may be filled at a worse price than requested.

Many retail investors lose money when trading leveraged CFDs. Strategy settings, risk limits and stop losses reduce but do not remove the risk of loss.

Your money is held in a dedicated trading account at a third-party broker that GROWX FZC LLC opens and trades for you. You do not control trading decisions, and you rely on GROWX FZC LLC to manage the account, keep accurate records, follow these terms and process withdrawals.

Profit and loss on every closed trade on your account is yours alone, and the broker's own terms and risks also apply to that account.

A performance fee of 30% is taken from the profit of each profitable closed trade. Losing trades have no fee, but each loss is borne in full and losses are not refunded. Because the fee is charged per winning trade and not netted against losses, you can pay fees in a period in which your overall result is a loss.

Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT, a stablecoin issued by a third party. Its value, liquidity, legal treatment or availability may change. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: sending to the wrong address or network may result in permanent loss. Network fees and confirmation times are outside our control.

Withdrawals are approved and paid manually. We aim to pay within one hour, but delays can happen because of verification checks, open positions, broker transfers, network congestion or exceptional market conditions. Your balance can change between your request and the payout.

Your capital is exposed to the broker, wallet providers, banks, blockchain networks and GrowX's own systems and staff. Their failure, insolvency, error, hacking or fraud could cause losses or delays. Automated trading software can malfunction, disconnect or behave unexpectedly, and the trading server can go offline.

Laws on managed accounts, leveraged trading and crypto-assets differ by country and can change. It is your responsibility to make sure that investing with GrowX is permitted where you live and to meet any tax obligations on your gains.
