Question 1

What is GrowX?

Accepted Answer

GrowX is systematic trading software operated by GROWX FZC LLC. It provides access to a structured, risk-aware trading system with real-time performance tracking.

Question 2

How does the Join → Access → Track process work?

Accepted Answer

First, you register for access to the GrowX system. Then, you connect through the investor dashboard to manage your participation. Finally, you monitor performance, equity curves, and P&L in real-time through the dashboard interface.

Question 3

What are the fees?

Accepted Answer

Every client has a dedicated Exness account that we open and manage; it is not a shared account. GrowX takes 30% of the profit of each winning trade; losing trades have no fee. Your dashboard shows the account's investor (read-only) login so you can watch every trade live in the Exness/MT5 app. Withdrawals are processed only after all open trades on your account have closed (we never force-close a trade), then approved by an admin and paid in USDT. See the Fees and How it Works pages for details.

Question 4

What are the risks?

Accepted Answer

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Capital is at risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Please review our full Risk Disclosure page for comprehensive information about the risks involved.

Question 5

Where is GrowX based?

Accepted Answer

GrowX is operated by GROWX FZC LLC. Company details are in our Terms, and our contact information is available on the Contact page.

Question 6

Is there a guarantee of returns?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no guaranteed returns in trading. All trading involves risk of loss, and capital is at risk. We do not make projections of future performance based on past results.

Question 7

What does the GrowX dashboard show?

Accepted Answer

The GrowX dashboard (sign in at /login) shows real data from the MetaTrader 5 accounts connected to our server: balance, equity, open positions, trade history and the GrowX trading system status, updated live by the GrowX agent. Results shown are only live-money performance when the account is a live account, and past results do not guarantee future results.

Question 8

How can I contact GrowX?

Accepted Answer

You can reach GROWX FZC LLC by email at support@growxfx.com, through the Contact page or in our Discord community.
