This Privacy Policy explains how GROWX FZC LLC ("GrowX", "we", "us"), a company established in the United Arab Emirates, handles personal data when you visit growxfx.com, create a GrowX investor account or contact us.

Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password when you create an investor account.

Transaction data: deposit amounts, USDT transaction hashes, the blockchain network used, withdrawal amounts and the wallet addresses you give us for payouts, together with the dates and approval status of each request.

Account data: the balance, equity, trade history, profit, loss and fees of your dedicated trading account.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and log-in times, collected automatically for security and to run the service.

Communications: messages you send us by email ([email protected]), or the contact form.

To create and secure your account, verify deposits on-chain, credit your ledger, process and pay withdrawals, and show you accurate balances and history.

To keep an audit log of every money movement and administrative action, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

To reply to your questions and send you important service messages (for example, a deposit approval or withdrawal payout). We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

We process your data to perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations that apply to us in the UAE and elsewhere, for our legitimate interests in running a secure service, and, where needed, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use strictly necessary browser storage to keep you signed in (a session token stored in your browser) and to remember basic preferences. These are required for the dashboard to work.

We use simple first-party analytics to count visits. Our website stores a random, anonymous visitor ID in your browser's local storage. It contains no personal information. Our server hashes it before saving it, and we do not store your IP address. We use it only to count visits and unique visitors and to see which pages and buttons are used. It is not shared with advertisers or used to identify you.

If you create a GrowX account and sign in, we link this visitor ID and your onboarding steps (join form, deposits, account setup) to your account, so our team can see your website visits and progress and help you get started. Visitors who are not signed in stay anonymous.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time; this resets the anonymous visitor ID and will also sign you out.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only where needed to run the service: with our hosting and infrastructure providers, with the broker where your dedicated trading account is held (only the details needed to open and operate that account, or where legally required), and with professional advisers.

We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Transaction hashes and wallet addresses you use are visible on public block explorers independently of GrowX.

We keep account, ledger, transaction and audit records for as long as your account is open and for the period required afterwards by applicable record-keeping, tax and anti-money-laundering rules. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Connections to the website and API use HTTPS. Administrative access requires authentication, and every deposit approval, withdrawal approval and payout is recorded in an audit log.

No system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password, keep your login details private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected in line with this policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Some records (for example ledger and transaction history) must be kept for legal reasons even if you close your account.

GrowX is only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website or in your dashboard.
